TT Smalls is a highly engaging decorative font by the famous foundry TypeType. This type of font is highly suitable for creating attention grabbing headlines, designing packs, or emphasizing text on a website. Regardless of whether the media you are using is printed or electronic, text in TT Smalls style is guaranteed to generate interest.
In the beginning, TT Smalls was a neutral geometric sans serif with an inline version as an alternative stylistic set. Nevertheless, due to the abundance of various fonts in the TypeType collection of universal fonts, the client’s decision was made to improve its identity. The outcome is an individualistic typeface that reinterprets the original purpose and leads to the enhanced TT Smalls.
The inline version of the font is completely limited to uppercase letters, keeping with the geometric sans serif style. This innovation consists in the fact that depending on the weight, it can add or remove strokes, increasing or decreasing the number of them. This element enhances the aesthetic value as well as the flexibility of this particular product line.
TT Smalls includes 12 versatile styles: six upright and six inclined. It supports 172 glyphs, including basic Latin Latin, Cyrillic and the most frequently used punctuation marks. Additional OpenType feature ‘calt’ (contextual alternates) which is marked by default is also included in this font to provide flexibility and ease of usage.
Clean and fierce, TT Smalls is an ideal supplement to any library of display fonts, which will help to take your projects to the next level.
