Use a single weight for numbers and keep them at least 20 cm tall on a shirt back. Check that 6 and 8, and 1 and 7, are clearly different in your chosen face. Outlines add visibility on busy kits but need a minimum 3 mm thickness to print cleanly. Keep the wordmark uppercase and tracked out slightly so it stays legible when the fabric stretches.
