Filk includes approximately 540 glyphs, including 39 standard and discretionary ligatures. OpenType features include a a stylistic set, a bunch of character variants, initial and final forms for letters that need them, and multilingual support (including multiple currency symbols). The OpenType features can be very easily accessed by using OpenType-savvy programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
